Proactive Review

Proactive Review is a method of knowledge sharing, knowledge creation and knowledge implementation. The method is based on dialogue between the people who have completed a task together. A Proactive Review is a way of conducting a dialogue with a certain structure and a given time frame and it results in learning at three levels: the learning of the individual, the learning of the team as well as organisational learning.

David Gurteen, Director, Gurteen Knowledge
The Proactive Review is the one of simplest and most effective of all knowledge sharing tools.
It is a highly practical handbook that explains the review process in detail.
If you wish to help the people in your organisation to more effectively share their knowledge with each other then read this book.

Wayne Watters, VP Organizational Development and head of the M&A Integration Program Management Office:
“The structured PR process – in which a facilitator guides the discussion – reveals information, challenges, and observations that otherwise may not have been explicitly understood or addressed during the actual integration process.
